Product notes
It is described as a "fresh and youthful" sparkling wine with high acidity, notes of white flowers, citrus, and a subtle pithy, off-dry finish.
Production notes
The Charmat method, or cuve close, involves a secondary fermentation in large, pressurized stainless-steel tanks rather than in individual bottles, preserving vibrant fruit flavors and allowing for a quicker production cycle.
Tasting notes
Fresh apple and citrus with floral tones lead to a fresh wet stone on the nose. Tree fruits and anise tones appear on the mouth. The creamy mousse cleanses the palate and leads to a pleasant, defined finish where beautiful acidity brings everything together. Pairs well with seafood, smoked salmon, or as an aperitif
