Product notes
From a single plot in the village of Imerovigli, featuring 60-year-old vines.
Production notes
Manual sorting on a vibrating table. Gentle yet prolonged pressing of whole clusters. Fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aging on fine lees in tank for 18 months, with regular stirring (bâtonnage) during the initial months, gradually reduced over time.
Tasting notes
Brilliant lemon-yellow color. The nose is precise and understated, featuring aromas of citrus and stone fruit, along with subtle notes of yeast and fresh bread. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture. Well-balanced acidity supports the wine's structure, leading to a long, persistent finish. Pairs well with fish and seafood.
