Production notes
Sourced from the coolest areas of the Haute Provence vineyards, where they are rooted in the clay-limestone soils of the Sainte-Victoire mountain range. The grapes are harvested at night between 3 a.m. and 9 a.m. to bring in fresh fruit, avoid the risk of oxidation, and better preserve the aromas. Aging: Inert, stainless steel, and concrete vats
Tasting notes
A charming Provençal rosé, preserving its minerality and evoking raspberry, fennel, anise, and violet. The palate is fresh and lively with a spicy edge. Pairs well with lobster, crab, grilled vegetables, and goat cheese.
