Production notes

Selection of grapes grown organically in Saint-Chinian on clay-limestone soils. (Saint-Chinian, Combejean, Pierrerue and Assignan) 100% inert tank

Tasting notes

With its very floral Syrah on sandstone and limestone clay, the Saint-Chinian is greedy, fresh and harmonious, combining the seductive fruit of Grenache and the structure of Mourvèdre when ripe. It brings together both expressions of tulips, irises and lily of the valley and a stony side that recalls stormy rains on hot stones. Pairings with olive tapenade, charcuterie and BBQ
