Product notes
The soils are mainly composed of limestone and clay, enamelled with granitic sandy veins. Beaujolais Villages is the intermediate appellation between Beaujolais and 10 Crus.
Production notes
The vinification, Burgundy style, and the aging of the different wines of this blend take place in stainless steel vats in order to preserve fruit and freshness. The wines are then combined before the preparation for bottling.
Tasting notes
A dazzling purplish red colour, superb concentration on this warm vintage and present but still silky tannins. Intense nose of blueberry and peony, very fresh mouth with flavors of juicy red fruits, the finish is marked by peppery notes and offers a good length. Will harmonize admirably with a charcuterie platter, with Indian cuisine or grilled poultry with spices and herbs.
