Product notes

The climate Porusot is located in the Bouchères and near the Genevrières and was purchased by the Domaine Jadot in 1996. The vines extend over gentle hills between 230 and 360 meters and are very sunny.

Production notes

The harvest is manual in small crates in order to preserve the integrity of the fruit. Aging lasts about 15 months on fine lees before preparation for bottling.

Tasting notes

Elegant and discreet bouquet that gains in intensity with brioche and hazelnut flavors. The palate is well balanced with a touch of orange zest and lemon on the entry with a lingering finish. Pairings with lobster, salmon and cheese.
