Production notes

Harvesting ripe but not overripe grapes. Each vintage is different, depending on the needs of the grapes - the macerations vary in duration and temperature without the addition of yeast and a time in barrels.

Tasting notes

Intense color with pretty red reflections. The complex nose, with notes of black cherry, blond tobacco, black truffle, violet flowers and noble essences of wood. The palate reveals a perfect harmony between the tannic structure and the aromatic complexity, while the minerality gives a vibrant finish, suggesting a long life. Pairings with veal chop, grilled tuna and beetroot salad

October 2023 (Vintage 2021)

The 2021 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley features bright cranberry, raspberry, orange peel, aniseed and lavender on the nose. The medium-bodied palate already feels complete, offering a balance of grainy tannins, mouthwatering acidity and generous, perfumed fruit. As it spends time in the glass it gains amplitude as it continues to unfold its concentrated flavors, and its juiciness calls you back to take another sip.
