In the 80s, Scrimaglio was one of the wineries that firmly believed in the rebirth of Barbera d'Asti, vinifying in accordance with a traditional style in order to respect the varietal characteristics.

Tasting notes
This fresh and inviting red opens with aromas of black cherries, violets, wet stones and toasted herbs. On the palate, it has a structure with fine tannins, highlighted by a beautiful acidity and a beautiful minerality. Pairings with lamb shank
