About this winery
The name Tâcherons for these cuvées comes from an old Burgundian tradition Tâcherons. It consists of remunerating women and men working in the vineyards by deed, locally called “task workers”. Les Tâcherons are workers who carry out the most meticulous work in the vineyards throughout the year.

Product notes
The name of Tâcherons comes from an old Burgundian tradition. It consists of remunerating the women and men working in the vineyard for each act, locally called "pieceworkers", they are still called Tâcherons today. We produce Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the Haute Vallée, near Limoux.
Production notes
Nearly 350 meters, this limestone clay soil is a paradise for Chardonnay. The grapes are lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The alcoholic fermentation takes place at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes
The nose is complex with notes of white flowers and white fruits. The mouth is ample with a good structure and a good balance with a citrus finish. Pairings with grilled fish, chicken and goat cheese.
