Product notes

Covering an area of almost 100 hectares, the estate is located on beautiful gravel ridges, rich in rolled pebbles. The plots are generally south-facing: an ideal location for producing great wines here, typical of the Pessac-Léognan appellation.

Production notes

Aging for 10 months in barrels (35% new) on total lees with stirring.

Tasting notes

Pale yellow color with silver highlights. Very fresh nose, marked by aromas of citrus and exotic fruits. The attack is full of liveliness and freshness mixed with a little touch of brioche. Pairing with scallops.

Yohan Castaing, April 2023 (Vintage 2022)

The 2022 Cruzeau Blanc displays aromas of lemon, verbena, spring flowers and white fruits. Juicy and fresh, this is a well-executed Pessac-Léognan with a mouthwatering finish.
