Product notes
The style of Tour Saint-André is resolutely focused on pleasure and ease of tasting. This wine is meant to be enjoyed in its youth. Its development favors suppleness, roundness and fruit for immediate pleasure and accessible to all.
Production notes
Harvest at optimum maturity of each plot and each grape variety. Vinification in a separate grape variety using the most modern techniques, but respecting the pure Bordeaux tradition. Aging for 12 months, of which 1/3 in barrels of two wines and 2/3 in concrete vats by rotation every 4 months.
Tasting notes
Color of beautiful ruby and amber intensity. The nose evokes notes of cooked and stewed fruits such as apple and white plum on a background of blond tobacco and undergrowth. The tannic attack is supple and harmonious with volume combining power and roundness typical of Lalande-de-Pomerol wines. Pairings with lamb shank, mushroom quail and soft cheese.
