Production notes

Manual harvest at optimal maturity, vinified with the most modern techniques Barrel aging: 50% new barrels, 50% single wine barrels

Tasting notes

Very nice intensity with a nose of black fruits, notes of spicy blueberry compote, licorice and Bourbon vanilla. Full attack, quite dense, both lively and very silky. Beautiful structure, both elegant and equipped for long aging in the bottle with already a beautiful aromatic complexity enhanced by notes of cocoa and brown tobacco. Cote de Boeuf Pairings

James Suckling, February 2018 (Vintage 2015)

Dried floral aromas with slightly rustic, earthy and meaty notes amid blueberries and red cherries. There’s a tangy edge to the palate with fine, powdery tannins, carrying flavors of dark berries and cocoa powder. Drink or hold.
