Very nice intensity with a nose of black fruits, notes of spicy blueberry compote, licorice and Bourbon vanilla. Full attack, quite dense, both lively and very silky. Dried floral aromas with slightly rustic, earthy and meaty notes amid blueberries and red cherries. There’s a tangy edge to the palate with fine, powdery tannins, carrying flavors of dark berries and cocoa powder. Drink or hold.
