Production notes
The bunches are pressed as soon as they arrive at the facilities. This operation is followed by static settling at cold temperature to then be separated from the sediments. Fermentation at controlled temperature, then the aging of the wine is carried out on fine lees for 4 months.
Tasting notes
Light lemon yellow colour. Aromas of citrus fruits and tropical fruits such as pineapple and passion fruit, and verbena, mint and boxwood on the finish. Wine imbued with freshness and a remarkably balanced acidity. Pairings with fried calamari, fish and cheese.
