Product notes

More than 60 hectares of vines, carefully selected by our technicians and managed to obtain low yields, participate in the Superbarbera project.

Production notes

Vinification is traditional, with maceration for 10 days at a temperature of 20-30°C, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine spends approximately 12 months aging in barrels, during which this well-structured Barbera further improves its extractive qualities and evolves into a complex and elegant wine.

Tasting notes

Ruby red color. Rich and deep, with a complex balance of violet, licorice and vanilla notes. The palate is lively and marked, with a subtle background of vanilla and wild berries which continues until a lingering finish. Pairings with Cote de Boeuf

James Suckling, June 2023 (Vintage 2021)

Bright cherry fruit on the nose with plums, mulberries and dark chocolate. Juicy and fruity, with a medium to full body, soft tannins and bright acidity. Vegan. Drink now.

Impenetrable violet crimson. Rich blackberry, blueberry and cherry with chalky undertones. Rich, velvety blackberry fruit on the palate. Easy-going.
