Production notes
Hand-picked grapes. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged in large oak casks and used barrels.
Tasting notes
With a delicate salmon-pink hue, it exudes aromas of wild berries, grapefruit, blood orange, meadow herbs, apple, and pear. Lively, fresh, and elegant on the palate, it has an alcohol content of 11.5% ABV and 1.2 g of residual sugar. Juicy and fresh, it displays a pleasant acidity. Pairs well with salmon, tuna, and white meats.
