For several generations, Domaine Laporte has held a pioneering position and has acquired a reputation for the quality of its wines. This notoriety is the fruit of the rigor, the determination and the know-how of the two passionate Sancerre families who have succeeded one another. Our property extends over 21 hectares in the heart of the appellation, planted with Sauvignon Blanc for the Sancerre blanc, and Pinot Noir for the Sancerre red and the Sancerre rosé. Each of our wines is vinified...

Sauvignon is a grape variety originating from the West of France. No one knows if he was born on the banks of the Loire or on the banks of the Garonne. But what is certain is that it does well in temperate zones, as is the case for the grapes in our Bouquet. These Sauvignons come from three regions adapted to its cultivation, such as the banks of the Loire, the Tarn Valley and the Charentais hillsides on clay-limestone soils.
After the harvest, the grapes are directly pressed. This wine fermented between 16 and 20°C in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. It is aged for 3 months on fine lees.
Very aromatic, we will note citrus notes: grapefruit, lemon or even flowers such as Narcissus and Jasmine. Dry white wine, elegant, with a nice balance between liveliness and smoothness. Pairings as an aperitif, seafood and white meats.
