Tasting notes
Intense and aromatic, this wine offers aromas and flavors of blood orange, grapefruit, and dried apricot. It brings breadth, roundness, and freshness to the palate. After five years of bottle aging, it will gain in richness, power, and depth. Pairs well with grilled fresh tuna, fried zucchini blossoms, and chickpea purée with new garlic and saffron.
