For nearly 25 centuries, the Romans discovered the wine qualities of Languedoc-Roussillon, the oldest and largest of French vineyards, but also the most unknown. It was in 2001 that the Hecht & Bannier trading house launched its first vintage. Product notes
The Coteaux d’Aix-en-Provence vineyards are planted on a vast limestone plateau which extends to the north of the city as far as the Durance. Benefiting from a well-tempered Mediterranean climate, our winegrowers apply the principles of environmentally friendly viticulture. Generous sunshine and cool summer nights are optimal conditions for producing deep and aromatic rosés.

Aging in concrete and stainless steel vats
Tasting notes
Aromas of white-fleshed fruits such as vine peach, delicate herbaceous notes of tarragon, bergamot and lime blossom. The taste is chiseled and refreshing with a hint of sweet spices. Pairings with cod accras and summer salad
