About this winery
For nearly 25 centuries, the Romans discovered the wine qualities of Languedoc-Roussillon, the oldest and largest of French vineyards, but also the most unknown. It was in 2001 that the Hecht & Bannier trading house launched its first vintage. Production notes
Direct pressing in whole grapes, light settling with cold stabilization. Fermentation at low temperature in a reducing medium. Light fining and filtration before bottling.
Tasting notes
An explosive nose of white fruits, pear and quince but also floral notes of elderberry and citrus. A Glass of Mentino is not just for aperitifs; it has a fairly structured body which allows it to accompany terrines, grilled fish and vegetables, asparagus and artichokes.
