About this winery
Since 1957, the associated winegrowers under the Nuiton-Beaunoy name have been proud to carry loud and clear the values of the cooperative, a model of solidarity and authenticity. The union was born with the Rosé d'Orches cellar, and continued to develop in 1961 with the authorization of the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellations, transforming the Rosé d'Orche Cellar into a Cellar of the Hautes-Côtes. Product notes
The plots of the Bourgogne Côte d’Or appellation are located on the foothills of the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits on clay-limestone soils. Our selection represents 11.53 hectares.
Production notes
Vinification at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, 20% of the cuvée is aged for 12 months on lees in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new barrels.
Tasting notes
A deep cherry-red wine with dark ruby highlights. The nose offers aromas of cherries, blackcurrants, and spices. On the palate, it is round and delicate, with fine tannins, leading to a fresh finish with a beautiful expression of Pinot Noir. Pairs well with tartare and sweetbreads.
