Product notes

Le Clos du Chapitre, a Nuiton-Beaunoy monopoly, is located at the foot of the church in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. This terroir exposed to the east and barely 1 hectare, enclosed by walls, is made up of brown soils and deep limestone.
