About this winery
Since 1957, the associated winegrowers under the Nuiton-Beaunoy name have been proud to carry loud and clear the values of the cooperative, a model of solidarity and authenticity. The union was born with the Rosé d'Orches cellar, and continued to develop in 1961 with the authorization of the Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits and Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Beaune appellations, transforming the Rosé d'Orche Cellar into a Cellar of the Hautes-Côtes. Product notes
Le Clos du Chapitre, a Nuiton-Beaunoy monopoly, is located at the foot of the church in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. This terroir exposed to the east and barely 1 hectare, enclosed by walls, is made up of brown soils and deep limestone.
Production notes
Vinification in small temperature-controlled vats, long aging on fine lees in French oak barrels
Tasting notes
Garnet color with purple nuances. On the nose, the wine shines with its purity and complexity with touches of spices and cherries. The palate translates into a mineral framework affirmed by polished tannins. Pairings with veal chops with mushrooms
