Product notes
Barolo is a great red wine with a venerable history, whose qualities were appreciated by the famous statesman Camillo Benso, Conte di Cavour. It is produced exclusively from the nebbiolo grape. The vineyards that produced this particular Barolo are in the best wine-growing areas of the classic production area.
Production notes
Following a traditional and meticulous vinification, the Barolo remains for 2 years in oak barrels.
Tasting notes
Intense ruby garnet colour. The pleasant bouquet takes you to notes of violets and dried rose petals, with a spicy touch and cherry aromas. The ample and robust mouth ends with a tannic length worthy of the great ready-to-drink Barolos. Pairings with prime rib, braised veal cheek and truffle ravioli.
